Tracking your order
As soon as we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has arrived in the PostNL, DPD or DHL sorting center, you will receive the tracking number via email to trace your package. All orders are handled by our shipping partners PostNL, DHL or DPD.

Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You can return your products within 15 days of purchase, unfortunately it’s not possible to exchange your item(s). For below country’s HUB Footwear works together with Returnista, where you can easily register and pay for the return. We charge the following costs for returns:

- Place the item (s) in a shipping box together with the invoice received with the shipment.
- Close the box and tape it shut.
