As a proud B Corp, our commitment to social and environmental responsibility drives us to constantly seek out and implement eco-friendly practices, especially in areas where it’s relatively straightforward. Packaging is one such area where we’ve made significant strides. We understand that the first impression of our product comes from its packaging, and we want that impression to reflect our dedication to the environment.
Our packaging includes a shoebox and wrapping paper—all made from 100% recycled cardboard and paper. We’ve meticulously designed every element to ensure it aligns with our sustainability goals while still providing the quality and protection our products need. By choosing recycled materials, we reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint, and contribute to a more sustainable future. Easy does it.
Shoebox
There’s a crucial distinction between recyclable packaging and using recycled materials for packaging. We proudly use 100% recycled materials for our cardboard shoeboxes. This choice gives our boxes a unique, varied appearance in cardboard colors. We then print on them using soy-based ink, derived from soybeans. Unlike traditional inks, soy-based inks are more environmentally friendly, making paper easier to recycle. Plus, soy ink spreads about 15% further on the cardboard, reducing ink consumption.
Wrapping Paper
The wrapping paper included in our packaging is made from 100% recycled paper. This ensures that every component of our packaging contributes to our sustainability goals. The wrapping paper protects your sneakers during shipping, all without compromising on our commitment to the environment.
Shipping bag
Our shipping bags are designed with sustainability and convenience in mind. Made from 80% recycled plastic, these bags not only reduce waste but also offer a second adhesive strip, allowing them to be reused if you need to return an order. This dual functionality ensures that our shipping bags contribute to a more circular economy, making it easy for you to support sustainable practices.
