    HUB Origins styles generally fit true to size. This also applies to wool-lined styles. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort, especially when wearing thicker socks in winter.     Can I use my own insoles in HUB Origins sneakers?

    Yes. All HUB Origins boots and canvas sneakers come with a removable insole. This allows you to replace the original insole with your own orthotics or custom insoles for a personalised fit.

    Are HUB Origins styles suitable for different seasons?

    Yes. The HUB Origins collection is designed for year-round wear. In winter, the collection focuses on sturdy and warm boots, including wool-lined styles. In summer, it features lightweight canvas sneakers that are breathable and comfortable for warmer days.

    What is the delivery time and what are the return options?

    Delivery times depend on your country. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are usually delivered within 1–3 days. For Germany, France and Denmark, delivery typically takes 1–5 days. Other European countries usually receive their order within 5–10 days.

    You can return your items within 15 days after delivery. Return costs depend on your country and start from a small fixed fee. You can easily register your return through the return portal on the delivery and returns page.

    The men’s Origin styles are the practical end of what we make: a proper leather boot for the months when it rains sideways, and an unlined canvas shoe for when it does not. Neither follows a trend, which is the point, and both are made to be worn several years rather than one season.

    Leather boots for winter

    Full-grain leather uppers, a warm lining and an outsole with real tread. These are the styles you wear on a cold commute, a wet weekend walk or a January morning when the alternative is arriving with wet socks. Treated once a season, the leather only improves.

    Canvas shoes for summer

    The warm-weather half of the collection uses recycled canvas: light, unlined and easy to wear without socks. They pack flat, take a beating on holiday and wash up better than leather does after a sandy week.

    Comfort you can adjust

    Every pair carries the HUB insole, which lifts out completely for your own orthotics. In a boot that flexibility matters more than in a sneaker, because you are usually wearing it for longer and over rougher ground.
